CharityJob is a leading job board specifically created for charity, not for profit, third sector and voluntary jobs. They have paid and volunteering roles.
Third Sector is one of the sector’s leading magazines and they have an important jobs page.
Though not exclusively for the social sector, a substantial share of the jobs on the Guardian’s board are for relevant jobs - particularly senior roles or those with larger not-for-profits - so they are a worthwhile resource.

Specialist consultancies focused on the social sector
Consultancies can be categorised into functional specialists, such as fundraising, income generation or impact measurement, and sub-sector specialists, such as housing or education. Because the UK social sector is so broad there are very few consultancies that cover the entire sector. We list below the ones that we are most aware of and what we regard as being their main areas of expertise and specialism.

Founded in 2012, this specialist not-for-profit consultancy and recruitment company draws on a pool of over 150 consultants who offer everything from income and funding support, to impact measurement, strategy, business planning and governance. They are probably best known for their expertise in charity mergers.
A consultancy that focuses primarily on the statutory and not-for-profit sectors, with particular expertise in housing and general charities.
