The Eastside Primetimers Foundation is promoting a thoughtful event on September 9th from our friends at the Work in Progress Network - join leaders from all sectors to tackle the question 'what is it about our organisation that will make hybrid working succeed or fail?'

“Everyone’s talking about how the hybrid workplace is taking shape

So we’ve started a network for leaders from private, public and not-for-profit sectors who are responsible for change, culture, internal and external communications, human resources and delivery. People from organisations that work hard to show customers, employees and stakeholders what they stand for. And who are as willing as we are to share their experiences and best practices.

How’s the network taking shape?

Our May and June events brought together leaders who openly and generously shared their thoughts on hybrid working. It was inspiring to swap ideas, tips and tools with leaders who have the intention and courage to do things differently. And reassuring to hear that they found the time together relevant, creative and helpful.

In this session we are going to consider:

'What is it about our organisation that will make hybrid working succeed or fail?'

What’s in it for you?

Our third event gives you 90 minutes of breathing space to test your ideas and:

  • Rethink work through a simple but powerful tool that balances risks and expectations.

  • Leave with a fresh perspective on work as interaction rather than process.

  • Continue to co-create what you want from the Work In Progress Network – what you need most next time.

There’s no charge, certainly while we’re all online. So please join us. And bring a mate who shares this agenda.

What’s in it for us?

Number 1, we want to play our part in the unique decisions that we’re all facing right now.

Number 2, the better we understand how you’re experiencing these decision points, the more we can help. We know how to support conversations like this. And, in the process, our learning will deepen.

Jo Addison supports people in their quest to build stronger and more influential brands that make positive changes to people’s lives. She does this through brand strategy, change management and digital communications in both the non-profit and private sector.

Jacqueline Hill makes a positive difference by supporting people who are actively working to make the world a better place. She offers leadership coaching, change mentoring, reflective practice and she connects good ideas and helpful people.

Sam Guise helps organisations tell their stories. She crafts the words that communicate the difference they make and what makes them different, so they engage, educate and inspire their audiences.”
