Support the funding of students

We believe the impact of the charity sector can be enhanced if greater numbers of talented young people, with a passion for making society better, can be attracted to seek a career in the sector. It is our mission to help make this change.

This is the reason why we are providing grants to students enrolled on the Charity Management MSc courses run by the Bayes Business School, City University, London, one of a very small number of universities that run courses on the charity sector.

We would like to do more not just to increase the numbers who study but also the backgrounds from which they come. We would like to help improve the diversity of those who want to work in the charity sector. Research by the EY Foundation recently found….” the non-profit sector has lower levels of diversity across ethnicity and socio-economic background than other sectors of the economy”.

For this we need funding. If this is a cause that strikes a chord with you, please contact us for a conversation to see how, together, we might make an even bigger difference.
