We believe the impact of the charity sector can be enhanced if greater numbers of talented young people, with a passion for making society better, can be attracted to seek a career in the sector. It is our mission to help make this change.

Research by the EY Foundation found….” the non-profit sector has lower levels of diversity across ethnicity and socio-economic background than other sectors of the economy”.
