Charities Master’s Degree support

The skills, knowledge and expertise of the people who work in our charities really matters Yet, despite this, there are relatively few specialist university courses for those who want to learn about the UK charity sector.

This is the reason why we are providing grants to students who are enrolled on the Charities Master’s course run by the Bayes Business School, City, University of London, one of a very small number of universities that run courses on the charity sector.

Our grants are focused on those facing financial barriers to study and individuals who are under-represented in the social sector. Over the last two years we have provided funding for 50% of the fees of 4 students like this one……….”I am a woman and was born in Bosnia during the war. At the age of three, my family moved to Italy as refugees. Scholarships have played a crucial role in my academic achievements, enabling me to overcome financial barriers and excel in my studies…as I am not funded by my current employer.”

If you are thinking about applying for one of the Bayes Business School Charities Masters Degrees but have concerns about financing the fees, you may be eligible for one of the Eastside Primetimers Foundation Scholarships. The first step is to decide if the Masters course is right for you, so please contact the staff at Bayes Business School. If you are accepted for the course the staff at the Centre for Charity Effectiveness will advise on your suitability for one of our Scholarships.
